How we work

Pre-Construction

Just like us, no two projects are ever the same. Typical pre-construction services include the following; creation of capital cost estimates for feasibility purposes; scope definition; risk matrix development; scheduling including creation and maintenance; design coordination; permit coordination; tendering; and contract administration including awarding of all subcontracts to vendors.

 

Construction

By far out favorite part. Typical services include contract administration including the review and approval of progress payments and invoices; scheduling; subtrade coordination; risk matrix maintenance; internal and external inspections at required milestones; quality control; creation of punch and deficiency lists; administration and coordination of these lists; and project turnover.

 

Post-Construction

Last but not least, and potentially one of the most important aspects of what we have to offer. These services include coordination of outstanding deficiencies, first point of contact for any warranty items including coordination, and oversite of warranty item correction, and assistance with regular maintenance and improvements to protect your investment.
