What happens after construction
The construction phase is completed when we turn over your space, but we like to see our projects through, so we stick around to address any outstanding issues that you find down the line.
With any property, it’s likely that as you move in and start using the space, you will find there are more things you want to change to suit your needs. We stand by to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our work.
Items we address in the post-construction phase typically include:
Final Touches: The resolution of any outstanding issues, requests for minor adjustments, and touch-ups to have the property working and looking it’s best, even after it has been handed over to you.
Warranty Claims: Overseeing the process of repair or replacement for warrantied work and equipment - you tell us you have a problem, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Maintaining Your Investment: We're here to give you continued advice and support on how to keep your building in great condition. If you decide to make further improvements, we're here to assist with that, too. We want to protect the long-term value of your investment.
