What happens during construction
Construction is the phase where you start to see your property transform and your visions made into reality. A great deal of coordination and administration have taken place already, and much more will take place yet. Quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget are paramount during this phase, and we monitor these closely to stay on track for the project’s goals.
Execution of construction begins after a job is awarded. Before this, an estimate is provided describing how long each stage will take, which varies depending on the work involved. We know that time is of the essence, and you need your site operational, so we work with you to agree on the date the project will be completed and the site will be turned back over
to you.
